The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring accountability of staff at the local program level and managing growth opportunities.
Credentials, Abilities, and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to recruit/hire,onboard, coach, train, mentor, supervise and manage a program.

Administrative self-sufficiency required including computer proficiency.
Possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.Must meet insurability standards in order to drive.
Responsible for day to day oversight of operations, ensuring effective risk and quality management systems to meet operational outcomes, contractual and funder’s requirements and financial targets.
Fulfill human resources, talent management and local training requirements to ensure accountability. Mentor and supervise staff as assigned.
Fulfill the essential function of the program job description as assigned.
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
